Pine Brook Stable is located at the end of a quiet dirt road that provides both horse and rider with a relaxed setting in which to ride and train. This 75 acre farm is fully equiped for the equestrian. We offer a heated tackroom for those cold winter months. The wash stall with hot /cold water and a heat lamp for bathing for a show or just cooling off after a fun ride. You can train in our new dressage ring or practice your jumping skills in an open field over fences. You can ride for miles on just dirt roads and trails through the woods without hitting the pavement.

North Texas Equestrian Center (NTEC) is located on the borders of Lucas and Wylie in North East Collin County and has earned the reputation as being the premier boarding and training facility in North Dallas.

Currently, the barn can accomodate 100 horses, within 4 barns. The barns each face a covered arena, that is protected from the outdoor elements. Additionally, there a second covered arena, an outdoor dressage ring, a round pen, as well as an outdoor jumping arena. During the winter months and during poor weather conditions, jumping may be held within the covered arena. There is also outside paddock turnout for the horses and trail and cross country riders will fall in love with the access to 185 acres of lush riding pasture that nests up to Lake Lavon. Kai Handt, the owner of NTEC, has been riding and competing internationally since 1966 in Europe where he received his training under some of the greatest European horsemasters like Hernmann Schridde, Templeman, Wahler and Richard Krause. He has been a licensed trainer and German FN Instructor since 1979 when he began his instruction at one of the most well-respected dressage barns in Germany, Prestiges Verein Fuer Reitsport.In 1985, Kai relocated to the US and since then as the owner and head trainer at NTEC has gained the reputation as being the foremost trainer of some of the most talented riders and horses in the southwest, with many of his riders earning full-riding scholarships to some of the most prestigious colleges in the US. Kai continues to ride competively and holds numerous competitive riding titles, including his USDF Bronze Silver and Gold medals and numerous European medals. He is the only trainer to train and compete horses and riders up to Grand Prix level in jumping and dressage, as well as 3 day eventing competitions. His education and training are ongoing as he still trains and rides with the masters in Germany. NTEC through the years has gained a world-wide reputation for training and selling some of the finest horses available. Full Care Board/Stalls $375/month.  Full Care Stall Board includes matted stalls, twice daily feeding, haying and watering turnout except in severe weather, daily stall cleaning with sawdust bedding, blanketing and un-blanketing, administration of medicines and supplements bought by the boarder.**Call about our Winter Special of $50 off for the first 6 months**

Pasture Board $275/month: Pasture Board includes feeding twice daily, haying and watering administration of medicines and supplements bought by the boarder. Mares and geldings are in separate fields. Fields with Run in Sheds are available.

All boarders are able to store their tack and have use of facilities including 100×200 indoor ring, 2 large outdoor rings, a large dressage ring, cross country course for baby beginners through training level, miles of trails on our 293 acres and indoor/outdoor wash racks. Boarders are welcome to join all barn activities such as competitions in Hunters, Jumpers, Combined Training, Western, Gaming and Polocrosse. Farm activities include Clinics, Drill team, Polocross practices and youth activities such as camps, parties and pony club practices for pony club members.
